TASK 6 - Journalist

Hi everybody! I am here to summarize our week's work in a few words. I have to admit that this week has been a bit atypical, owing to the mere fact that we had to face up to different adversities (the death of a family member in the group, a muscle injury, connection problems, and a sense of overwhelming.) but with all of our effort and support, it ends up successfully.

In this activity, we tried to be much as original as the book and our situation let us be. We developed two different activities and in the end, we decided which one would be the most appealing and useful for children. (which is completely explained in the "task 6: TACCLE 2" section)

On the other hand, the day of the presentation should not be forgotten, which was at first a disappointing moment but then a way to grow and improve not only our work but also personally. Each mistake, make us bigger. That day, we called each other to motivate us and think that each task is an opportunity to be better.

Looking for other sites of interest that may be interesting either for the subject development or for the teaching training of the class members, I found this one (https://www.southuniversity.edu/news-and-blogs/2016/08/technologys-influence-on-education-76874) in which we can read plenty of studies done by the South University who talked about how technology influence education.

Regarding my classmate's blogs I have to stand out from the others (https://happyflowersgroup.blogspot.com/2021/03/there-its-alicia-this-week-i-havebeen.htmlshowComment=1619263804420#c5690594375350520150) Simply because I loved their work! I found it very original, how they have worked metaphorically, making reference to Plato's myth of the cave, with what is happening nowadays. They show how our history is definitely related to our current situation.

On the other hand, searching for blogs outside the class I think this one (https://www.remitbee.com/blog/how-teachers-in-the-philippines-are-dealing-with-covid19) is really interesting, as it talks not only about a current topic which is COVID-19 but also about how the Philippines's education has been facing up. It is impacting how advance they are in comparison with us. Therefore, I believe that learning from the example of others is crucial for our progress.
