TASK 6 - Analyst

Hi! It's Nassima here! This week we worked on task number six. It has been a challenge for us, as we are every day closer to the exams, so we are more stressed. But, as always, we tried our best and dedicated as much time as we could to do this task, of course, there were downs but also ups.

Let's start with the best part. The best part for me was creating the story, listening to my classmates' stories that come to their mind. We argued a lot about the story as each one of us wanted the story to have a big message and a beautiful meaning, so that’s why at the end we all developed a story related to the environment as it is something that a lot of people are not aware of. We have chosen the nearest environmental problem we have the problem of " el Mar Menor”.

The worst part of the task was choosing from the books suggested by our professor the 4 activities we want to work on because there was a lot of variety of activities and we were interested in many of them, so choosing was quite a difficult issue for us.

During the week, we met by videoconference, and for me, those moments are always the best because we do work but we also laugh, joke, we share thoughts and anecdotes, and we also laugh about our mistakes, which helps a lot to keep us motivated.

But like with everything in this life, nothing is always completely good and positive, we also had bad moments while developing the task. One of them and for me, the most relevant was finding time so that we all can meet without any problem, that stressed us out a bit in the beginning but I think in the end we managed pretty well. Let's not forget when the professor told us that our project was "similar" to another group's idea, we felt really upset that day and maybe a bit angry but after, we thought that we can take this bad memory to do better in the following weeks.

Every week we learn something new. This week we’ve learned how to create an activity for our classroom using technology tools.

We’ve been a hardworking team since day 1, but sometimes we weren’t motivated but this week was an exception so that is something that I would like to keep for the following weeks.

From my own point of view, we can approve many things as always because nothing is perfect and we are not the exception, so maybe we can improve by paying more attention to the details and trying to be more original.

Task number 6 is related to many things that we’ve learned during the course, such as the use of the bloom taxonomy and how we can always use technology in different areas of education.

Finally answering the last question about the social connection of this task. I definitely think there is a connection as this last year more than ever, there is more and more use of technological tools in education.
