TASK 2- Facilitator

Hi everybody, it’s the facilitator of the second task. My role in the group is to be the leader for the task distribution, conflict mediation, checking the fulfilment of obligations, motivating and encouraging my classmates. Basically, to make easier the group configuration and running. The organization was the following:

First of all, we watched the videos about TPACK and ACAD and we read the reference documents individually to understand what they are and how they work. Then, we completed some questions about them. The next thing we did was to meet all together thought a video call to look up various types of mind maps. We looked for what each one consisted of and together, we decided the one we were going to use for our work. Finally, we did the mind map and two of us were in charge of rewrite them in an app for making the map digital. The last step was to create a poster with the mindmap.

On Tuesday 10th, we all animated our star, because she had to present the work in the class.

This week has been a bit chaotic, since we finished the previous task on Sunday and in the night of that day, the WhatsApp group of the class was on fire. Someone told that we had to submit this task on Tuesday, so we had a panic moment.

As a facilitator, I was in charge of calming down my group. While the class delegate wrote the teacher and wait for an answer, we made the distribution of the work and started working. Fortunately, everything cleared up and that moment of panic was solved. Now, it only remained to work hard and finish the task.

I think we all are very motivated and with a lot of enthusiasm to work and learn, so the role of facilitator has been so much easier.
