On this week task, our group had to start knowing how the subject of Resources and TIC works. It is our second week in the quartermaster, but this week, our teacher explained to us our first task and how we had to develop the first task.

We had some problems in finding all the necessary people to make the group, but finally we gathered all our members. On Tuesday, the 23rd of February, our teacher explained that we needed to for this weekly task: firstly, we needed to look for quotes that had something to do with the three concepts of “teaching”, “learning” and “education”. This Tuesday, even if we are 6 people in the group, only 4 of our group were able to be in the zoom meeting. However, the four of us could develop the exercise correctly and on time. The next step was to create some pictures that really expressed what the quotes said. Again, the four of us worked very well and we had some of the pictures made, a name for our group, a Gmail account and an Instagram account. The last step of the Zoom meeting was to comment on other blogs the other pictures that they uploaded, but we weren’t able to do it because the other blogs didn’t put the option to comment in the blog, we were the only group that did that.
When the class finished, we wanted to make a Zoom meeting with the other two members of the group who weren’t able to attend the Zoom meeting with the teacher. We explained to them what we did in class, and what we needed to do now: upload the pictures on Instagram and comment on the other groups’ blogs. In addition, we had to make a blog to upload everything (this exact blog), including the roles of everyone. In this new Zoom meeting, we finished the pictures, and during the day, we already uploaded everything on Instagram.
The next day was less busy, since the day before we had less time to make the exercises, and now we were more relaxed. Due to the fact that our group didn’t really know what exactly upload in the new blog, we decided to ask the teacher about it.
When we knew exactly what to do, we divided the roles with the members, and we didn’t have any troubles with it, because we are a great group when it comes to working together and making decisions.
In the following days until Saturday, we made the blog and edited it, so it would be perfect. We added the entrances and all the things that we wrote about the roles. On Saturday the 27th of February, we already finished our weekly task.
Our group worked fast and effectively, and we were always motivating each other during the process. We made more than one Zoom meeting during the week to be able to communicate better, and every time we had any sort of problem with the blog, we helped each other. However, the first day of the week we were more stressed, and we agreed that everyone must attend Tuesday’s meetings, because, even if we could work it out, it would have been easier if everyone on the group had have attended the first Zoom meeting with the teacher.
We are sure that the following weeks, we will be able to improve our way of organization and, now that we have learnt more about how the tasks work, we will work better each week.
In addition, I would like to add a website that we found and it may be interesting for the subject development. We found an article that talks about how ITCs improve our way of teaching, it is a critical overview, and it is short and easy to read. Here you can find the article: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/314087234_ICT_IN_TEACHING_A_CRITICAL_OVERVIEW
